Employee Benefits
IMSI provides an attractive benefits package including:

Health and Medical Insurance
Employees are offered a choice of Blue Cross/Blue Shield Premium, Blue Cross/Blue Shield Basic, or Blue Care Network (HMO). The insurance plan is effective on the hire date. Family members are also covered.

Dental and Vision Insurance
Covers 100% preventive, 80% basic surgery and 50% for major procedures and restorative, orthodontics. Vision insurance covers eye examinations, lenses and frames (partial).

Life Insurance
Paid up to a maximum of $50,000.

Short Term Disability
This insurance pays 70% of weekly salary and benefits are payable up to 13 weeks.

Long Term Disability
This insurance pays up to 60% of earnings with a maximum of $6,000 to age 65.

Tuition and PMP Certification Reimbursements
Offered, with pre-approval, for job-related courses. IMSI supports continuing education and pays for high value seminars and professional courses. IMSI pays for the cost of PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.

401K Retirement Plan
Participants have a choice of up to 400 funds selected by a Merrill Lynch Advisor.

All employees are eligible to participate in the plan. Company match is determined at the end of the fiscal year and is based on profitability.

Premium and Dependent Care Plan
Enrollment in this plan is automatic. This plan allows employee payroll deductions to be taken out before taxes saving up to 30% on group premiums.

Workers' Compensation Insurance
A no-fault company paid plan is maintained for each full-time employee.

Employee Referral Program
Employees are encouraged to refer any qualified candidate for open job opportunities. By referring qualified candidates, employees can earn a $1,000 cash bonus if the referral is hired. Bonus is paid for full time positions.
